Project goal

To evaluate the efficiency of the current website's information architecture and recommend alterations to the existing website structure.

Role

I used a Tree Jack software to test the effectiveness of information architecture and findabiltiy of tasks specifically created for the study. Upon completion, I summarized the findings and presented them in the final report.

Tools

Team

Client, software engineers, usability evaluation team

Outcome

After conducting a comprehensive analysis of navigation paths, it was evident that users preferred accessing target information within a maximum of two layers of the information menu. As a result, I recommended reconfiguring the website's information architecture accordingly. These recommendations led to the creation of a redesigned website menu.
